Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Wood Boss piece. If something isn’t right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

Ready-Made Furniture

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition. To begin a return, contact our concierge with your order details and we will arrange collection.

A return collection fee may apply to cover the cost of insured transport. Once the piece is received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Because bespoke and made-to-order furniture is built to your exact specification — wood, finish and dimensions confirmed with you before crafting begins — these pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you, as covered under our warranty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned piece being received and inspected. You will be notified by email at each stage.
