Shipping & Delivery

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 weeks of order confirmation. Made-to-order and custom furniture is crafted to your specification and typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the design and level of carving involved. The estimated timeline for each item is shown on its product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details and a call from our logistics team to schedule a delivery window that suits you.

Across major Indian cities, delivery is carried out by our own white-glove team, who will carry the piece to its room, unpack it, complete any required assembly and remove all packaging. For other locations, furniture is shipped securely crated through trusted, insured partners.

Please ensure clear access to the delivery location, including doorways, stairwells and lifts. If specialised access is required, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the size of the piece and your location. Complimentary delivery may apply to select pieces and order values, as indicated at checkout.
