Warranty

We warrant the structural frame and joinery of every piece against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 to 7 years, depending on the collection. The specific warranty term is stated on each product page and on your invoice.

This covers issues arising from faulty workmanship or materials under normal domestic use — such as joint failure or structural defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and patina, changes in wood tone over time, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme heat, sunlight or moisture, improper cleaning, or modifications carried out away from our atelier.

As solid wood is a natural material, slight seasonal movement and variations in grain and colour are inherent characteristics, not defects.

To make a warranty claim, contact our concierge at enquiry@maravurifurnitures.com or +91 98765 43210 with your order number and photographs of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement or another suitable remedy.
